365 days. No questions.
We sell pieces designed to be lived in for years. If something doesn't work for you within the first year of ownership, we'll take it back. That's the standard.
How returns work
You have 365 days from the date your order was delivered to return any unworn, unwashed Adler Sterling item for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return:
- Email returns@adlersterling.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return
- We'll send you a prepaid UK return label within 24 hours (international: see below)
- Pack the items in their original packaging where possible
- Drop at any Royal Mail or partner courier point
Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3-5 business days from delivery to our warehouse), your refund processes back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or piece entirely? Email us at returns@adlersterling.com with what you'd prefer and we'll process the exchange — including reshipping the new item — at no additional cost within the UK.
For international exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility but the replacement ships free.

Hygiene exceptions
For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Boxer briefs and underwear (unless unopened in original sealed packaging)
- Mouth tape (unless the seal is unbroken)
- Nasal breath strips (unless the box is unopened)
If a hygiene-sealed item arrives damaged or defective, we'll always replace or refund — just email us with a photo.
International returns
For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at returns@adlersterling.com before sending anything back so we can guide you on customs paperwork.
Faulty or defective items
If a piece arrives defective or develops a fault within the first year of normal wear, we'll replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. Just email us with photos and your order number.

A note on the 365-day standard
Most ecommerce brands offer 14, 30 or 60 day returns. We offer 365 because we believe in what we sell — and because if a piece doesn't earn a place in your daily ritual after a year of considering it, we'd rather you return it than feel stuck.
That confidence isn't marketing. It's the standard.
